I co-host a monthly virtual networking community that brings together professionals from different countries to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build meaningful professional connections.
What began as individual conversations has developed into a recurring community built around the belief that access to people, perspectives, and opportunities should not be limited by geography.
My role
As a co-host, I help plan and facilitate the sessions, create space for participants to introduce themselves and share their experiences, and encourage conversations that continue beyond the event itself.
What I have learned
Sustaining a community requires more than organizing events. It requires consistency, creating an environment where people feel comfortable contributing, and giving participants a reason to return.

The first session brought together professionals from Nigeria, Russia, India, and Germany for a simple experiment in cross-border networking.

The second session expanded the format, creating more room for conversations around careers, collaboration, and building professional relationships across countries.
August 2026
A smaller, camera-on session with participants from Nigeria, Canada, India, and Russia, focused on creating space for deeper conversations and meaningful connections.
